PAIN

Romans 8:22 (MSG)

All around us we observe a pregnant creation. The difficult times of pain throughout the world are simply birth pangs. But it’s not only around us; it’s within us. The Spirit of God is arousing us within. We’re also feeling the birth pangs. These sterile and barren bodies of ours are yearning for full deliverance. That is why waiting does not diminish us, any more than waiting diminishes a pregnant mother. We are enlarged in the waiting. We, of course, don’t see what is enlarging us. But the longer we wait, the larger we become, and the more joyful our expectancy.

WHEN WE ARE GOING THROUGH SOMETHING OR REMAINING IN A CERTAIN SITUATION BUT WE ARE FOLLOWING THE LORDS PLAN THAT HE HAS SET OUT FOR US. IT ISN'T THAT HE IS NOT LISTENING OR WANT TO PUNISH US. OUR CREATOR IS PUTTING US THROUGH TRAINING. THIS TRAINING SERVES A HIGHER PURPOSE ACCORDING TO GOD'S PLANS FOR US NOT OUR PLANS FOR OURSELVES. GOD IS BUILDING  CHARACTER, ENDURANCE, STRENGTH, WISDOM, AND KNOWLEDGE. GOD IS AN AMAZING GOD AND GOD WANTS ALL OF US TO BE AMAZING TOO. WE ALL SERVE A PURPOSE BUT ITS UP TO US TO PUT IT INTO ACTION BY TRUSTING IN OUR LORD JESUS. WE MUST HAVE THAT TRUST TO SEE (NOT WITH THE NATURAL). ONCE YOU ARE TOUCHED BY GOD THERE IS NO TURNING BACK. THE POWER OF FAITH KEEPS US GOING. THE HARDER THE STRUGGLE THE GREATER THE REWARD. JESUS DID IT FOR US SO WE CAN LIVE. WE MUST SHARE JESUS PAIN BECAUSE THE PAIN IS WHAT IS GOING TO MAKE US WHO WE WERE MEANT TO BE.
