MENTAL ATTITUDE

A cheerful disposition is good for your health; gloom and doom leave you bone-tired.

HAVE A POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE EVERYDAY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. WHEN YOU WAKE GIVE THANKS TO OUR LORD JESUS. HE IS WHAT IS HOLDING IT ALL TOGETHER. THEN TELL YOURSELF "TODAY WILL BE A AMAZING DAY". THIS IS HOW I START MY MORNING FOLLOWED BY PRAYER. OUR THOUGHTS AND WORDS HAS AN EFFECT ON HOW OUR DAY WILL GO. YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE IN CONTROL OF YOUR FEELINGS AND HOW YOU CHOOSE TO RESPOND AND REACT TO THOSE AROUND YOU. YOU CAN'T CONTROL EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO YOU BUT YOU CAN CONTROL HOW YOU RESPOND/REACT TO IT. NOTICE HOW I SAY RESPOND AND REACT. WHEN YOU RESPOND TO SOMETHING, YOU THINK FIRST. WHEN YOU REACT, YOU RESPOND WITHOUT THINKING WHICH CAN CAUSE YOU A LOT OF GRIEF. SO BE QUICK TO LISTEN AND SLOW TO SPEAK. KEEP A POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE AND SPEAK POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
