The first time

2 Thessalonians 2:15 (MSG)

So, friends, take a firm stand, feet on the ground and head high. Keep a tight grip on what you were taught, whether in personal conversation or by our letter. May Jesus himself and God our Father, who reached out in love and surprised you with gifts of unending help and confidence, put a fresh heart in you, invigorate your work, enliven your speech.

THERE IS NOTHING LIKE DOING SOMETHING FOR THE FIRST TIME. IT CAN BE SCARY BUT EXCITING. THAT IS A PART OF STEPPING OUTSIDE YOUR COMFORT ZONE. I MUST ADMIT SOMETIMES THERE ARE THINGS THAT I HAVE DONE A MILLION TIMES AND AT TIMES IT FEELS LIKE THE FIRST TIME AND I GET NERVOUS ABOUT IT. NOT BECAUSE I LACK CONFIDENCE BUT BECAUSE I AM DOING SOMETHING FOR THE FIRST TIME IN FRONT OF A NEW AUDIENCE OR GOING TO A JOB INTERVIEW. THIS FEELING IS GREAT BECAUSE YOU CAN STEP OUTSIDE YOURSELF. THIS IS A WAY TO MASTER YOURSELF. IF YOU MESSED UP YOU KNOW WHERE TO FIX IT. CONTINUE TO DO THIS AND YOU WILL NOT ONLY GROW BUT GET BETTER AND SHARPEN YOUR SKILLS.

TIP: JUST DO IT
