Use your heads as you live and work among outsiders. Don’t miss a trick. Make the most of every opportunity. Be gracious in your speech. The goal is to bring out the best in others in a conversation, not put them down, not cut them out.

BOOOOOM.... ITS RIGHT THERE! OH YOU DON'T SEE IT? THAT'S BECAUSE ITS ABOUT SOMEONE ELSE. WHEN GETTING OPPORTUNITIES ITS MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR OTHERS NOT WHAT YOU CAN GET FROM THEM. SEE....THE MORE PEOPLE YOU HELP THE MORE THEY WILL HELP YOU. ENCOURAGING WORDS GOES A LONG WAY. LETTING THEM KNOW WHAT THEY DID RIGHT NOT BRINGING UP WHAT THEY DID WRONG BUT LETTING THEM KNOW WHERE THEY CAN IMPROVE.
