You know the old saying, “First you eat to live, and then you live to eat”? Well, it may be true that the body is only a temporary thing, but that’s no excuse for stuffing your body with food, or indulging it with sex. Since the Master honors you with a body, honor him with your body!
WE AGREE.. FOOD TASTE GREAT! I LOVE FOOD. DIFFERENT STYLES, TASTE, AND INGREDIENTS. BUT "WHEN" WE EAT IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS WHAT WE EAT. WE EAT TO SATISFY OUR APPETITE NOT STUFF OURSELVES UNTIL WE CANT MOVE. DOING SO DECREASES OUR ENERGY MAKING US FEEL LAZY AND SOMETIMES SLEEPY. FUEL YOUR BODY WITH THE RIGHT FOODS AND NUTRITION TO MAXIMIZE YOUR ENERGY. EAT SMALL PORTIONS THROUGHOUT THE DAY EVERY 2-3 HOURS
TO KEEP YOUR ENERGY UP. I MYSELF EAT EVERY 2-3 HOURS COMBINATION OF SNACKS, MINI MEALS, AND A FULL MEAL ALONG WITH WATER THROUGH OUT THE DAY . THE WAY I EAT ALSO DEPENDS ON IF I DID INTENTIONAL EXERCISE FOR THAT DAY. I AVOID EATING AFTER 7 OR 8 PM DEPENDING ON HOW MY DAY WENT.
TIP: EAT OFTEN AND EAT REAL FOOD TO STAY ENERGIZED
