FLESH vs SPIRIT

GALATIANS 7-8Don’t be misled: No one makes a fool of God. What a person plants, he will harvest. The person who plants selfishness, ignoring the needs of others—ignoring God!—harvests a crop of weeds. All he’ll have to show for his life is weeds! But the one who plants in response to God, letting God’s Spirit do the growth work in him, harvests a crop of real life, eternal life.

DON'T LET YOUR FLESH MESS UP WHAT THE SPIRIT HAS FOR YOU. LET THE SPIRIT GUIDE YOU NOT YOUR FLESH. THE FLESH WILL LEAD YOU INTO A MESS BUT THE SPIRIT GIVES YOU LIFE. JUST LIKE YOU WANT YOUR CHILDREN TO OBEY BECAUSE YOU KNOW BEST. SO DOES GOD. GOD WANTS THE BEST FOR YOUR LIFE AND HE WANTS YOU TO LISTEN. AND WHEN WE FOLLOW OUR OWN SELF (THE FLESH) THAT IS WHEN WE HEAD FOR DESTRUCTION.
